I continue to get verbal comittments every day. Teams will only be listed once I receive your registration paperwork. We have room for 65 teams at our 9 fields complex and I have been promised another group of 5 lighted fields nearby if we need them.

I was asked if there was only one bid for Eastern Nationals or multiple.

There will be one PAID berth per age group for the winner of that age group only.

There will be addidtional bids available in each group dependent on the number of entries for each age group.

Yes, We will have the Toll Free rainout line again this year.

We are also looking at a way to use this line to let Coaches know when they play on Sunday after pool play finishes on Saturday.

Doug ... I'm pleased the 16-U bracket is shaping up very nicely with this tournament. Will be a good time for teams to prep for nationals, or possibly even still qualify for.

With any luck we will be able to surpass last year's 16u group, it was a great group of teams.

We will be holding out to ensure we have a 10u this year. I gave up on the group a little to early last year and ended up getting a flury of last minute interest.

Would think that timing and venue would be about perfect for some of the 10-U's to wrap up their seasons. I think you will get a late flurry this year too.

I have had many conversations lately with 10u & 12u coaches who have stated that our PAID Berth to Nationals doesn't appeal to them as they have no intentions of going to Nationals.

I totally understand that Nationals for the younger teams is more a luxury than a necessity. To address this I have decided to offer an option to the 10u & 12u age division winners only. The option is that they can either take the PAID Berth to Eastern Nationals or receive a refund of their entry fee.

I feel that this is a fair way to address the concerns that have been expressed. Please feel free to send me any questions or concerns.
