[FONT=&amp]The Valley Extreme Girls Fastpitch Softball organization will be sponsoring the[/FONT][FONT=&amp]
[/FONT][FONT=&amp]2013 June ASA Eastern National Qualifier on 5/31, 6/1, and 6/2[/FONT]

• [FONT=&amp]10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, & 18U Age Groups[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]Cost $350 per team (make checks payable to: "Valley Extreme Girls Fastpitch Softball")[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]Four Game Minimum (weather permitting)[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]Entry Forms are available on our Web Site (listed below)[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]Main complex is Candlelite Knolls which has four fields with tarps, and two fields with Musco lighting [/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]ASA sanctioned tournament governed by 2013 ASA Official Rules of Softball[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]Three pool play games seeded into a single elimination tournament[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]Pool play & elimination games will have a 80 minute time limit and pool play games can end in a tie[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]Pool play record and scores will seed your team into the single elimination play[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]Pool play on Friday evening (5/31), and Saturday (6/1)[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]Two EP's and free defensive substitution will be allowed for pool play[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]Single elimination on Sunday (6/2)[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]No time limit on championship games[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]Team check in is one hour prior to 1st scheduled game[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]ASA sanctioned event (all teams MUST have ASA number & completed signed roster form)[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]Must be able to show proof of accidental & liability insurance and have a copy of players birth certificates at check in[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]All 1st Place Finishers will receive a berth to their respective ASA Eastern National tournaments [/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]Gate will be collected daily. Infants and pre-school kids are free. Three team manager/coaches & twelve players are free. [/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]If the tournament is rained out, refunds will be based on (Entry Fees minus Non-Recoverable Costs minus Games Played) divided by (Paid Entries). Please allow two to four weeks for an inclement weather refund.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]Individual trophies for 1st and 2nd place finishers[/FONT]
• [FONT=&amp]Team trophies for 1st and 2nd place finishers
