On behalf of the Tidalwaves on would like to congratulate all the Ohio teams that put on a very fine showing and represented Ohio very well. Many congrats to Lasers White for a job well done! This past week was my first ASA Nationals and I can tell you it was an experience of a lifetime! Not one my girls and I will forget any time soon!

Just got home. It was a great run and I am very proud of the fight our girls showed. 4 games in a row on Friday night and come back for 2 Saturday morning. 6 games in less than 20 hours in 100 degree heat is tough. They never quit, they just ran out of gas.

Just wanted to say how proud we are of the Lasers White! You are an extraordinary group of young ladies & athletes who excell both on and off the field, and to play in the conditions such as Coach Glen mentioned above is an amazing feat in itself. As far as my reasearch of the ASA websight for prior USA/ASA 16U results go, your 9th place finish is the highest finish ever for an Ohio team in the 16U division. The previous record was 2 separate 13th place finishes by the Grand Slam in 1997 and 2005. You are now deservingly, a part of the great history of Ohio Fastpitch.

It has been a pleasure and an honor to see many of you grow both as young ladies and ball players since you were 10U and we wish you continued success as you finish up your last year or 2 of high school. Again, congrats on making some incredible memories that will last a lifetime!
