I have been looking for info on the Music City Hits as it was one of the tournaments I considered applying for last year. I bookmarked the website with full intentions of looking at it again this year. Started to look for the tourney in August and the website was down. It hasn't worked since - even googled for it and same result. If anyone has contact info for it, please pass it along. I would really appreciate it!

thanks!

It is hosted by Nashville Sports Council. The number is 615-743-3120. I am not sure if it still works, but you can give it a try.

The Attack went to this tournament and placed 2nd in it at the 18u division. Feedback from parents is that they were very pleased with the decision not to attend Compuware.

I'll share an email that I received:

Good Afternoon Coach,

Mark your calendars for June 10-14, 2009 for the 5th Annual Music City Hits Softball Tournament! Information packets/ entry forms will be mailed out in the next month and we will start accepting entries as soon as those are mailed out. Please note that our website is currently down but we are having the tournament and hope to get the website back up and running very soon. If you have moved or have a different address that you would like the entry packet mailed to please let me know as soon as possible. Please let me know if you would like to be taken off our mailing list or if you have any questions.

Thank you

Erin Yaden
Events Manager
Music City Hits Softball Tournament Director

I have heard that this is the same weekend as 16U ASA States in Findlay.

The Cincy Storm has gone for several years now I am told and this was our first year being there with the team. Yes a good number of college coaches and we stayed not to far from the diamonds in Hendersonville, a nice community. Most of your girls could probably tell you that's where Taylor Swift lives. You won't have any trouble getting your girls to go there if they think they might get a glimpse of Joe Jonas going to Taylor's house. LOL! Our hotel was across from a country club. Our trunk could only hold one bag so the golf clubs stayed behind but who am I kidding? Who's got time for golf during softball season?

Did the Music City Hits contact give you an email address where you could request an entry form/packet?
