ASA Roster Drop and Add

My 13U team has played through season. May pick up ASA something in the Fall. She has been invited to play for a team this weekend in Toledo. What is required to remove her from my roster and add her to the team playing this weekend for this one tourney. Can she them play for me still in '08. I was told by the comish yes but the email was a little vague and we have not been able to connect for clarification.
