ASA does not publish their rule book on-line.

Having said that...

Pirated copies of their rule books that were sold on CD-ROM can be found on the web. I'll leave that to you to search for and find- it shouldn't take much effort. Let your conscious be your guide, as these CD-ROM's are copyrighted material and not supposed to be distributed over the internet.

My conscious won't keep me from finding a bootleg online. It's just pathetic that ASA doesn't make its rulebooks available. I just coached an ASA tournament out here in Spokane, and in one respect it's no different than Ohio. It's near impossible to get a rulebook!

all coaches that get insuried with the players through Bollinger get a copy of the rule book and a score book as well..

That's only if the rule book actually gets sent to them. I have the Bollinger insurance, I don't have a rulebook.

That must be why some of the umps we had this weekend struggled with the rules, they can't get a copy either.LOL

Jim Wharton takes care of central ohio with rule books. He hands them out with each ASA registration. We got our insurance somewhere else.
