The R-MC Softball team began the 2020 season on the right foot fresh off their first trip to the Division III National Championship. New faces and a group of six seniors looked to pick up where they left off the year before and continue the tradition of success built up in the program. The Yellow Jackets were picked 10th in the NFCA preseason poll and were in the poll each consecutive week until the season was cut short. Through 12 games this season the team was 8-3-1 including a 3-1 weekend during their trip to Raleigh, N.C. for the Grand Slam Triangle Classic.
