We have broke up the tryout section. We added Northwest Ohio - South West Ohio - North East Ohio and South East Ohio. Just doing this as a test for now an post from these new section will be removed after 30 days. We will keep these new section open until end of Oct we will then move all post from inside these new section into the Ohio Section that everyone has been using for years. Note * unless everyone like it this way.

Doing this to help eliminate all the TTT'S and give programs a chance to have their tryouts seen by parents that are looking for Teams these areas.

My 2 cents - it will not limit the TTT's.............
And will just increase a team making one post for Ohio, now making 3! LOL

Do something about a team or org. that continues to start a new thread every hour or every day, instead of TTT'ing! LMAO

I like the idea. But might need a central Ohio too.

As one newbie and myself a newbie as well we're talking about how hard it was to locate tryouts because of all the threads being bump like crazy I'm glad they broke the state down into sections.

I concur. A central Ohio section is needed as well.

That was smart to add central Ohio. I think there are pro's and con's to dividing this section up. IMHO, it seems like the logical thing to do.

Thanks for trying something new!

I'm not sure how I did that? Was messing around trying to learn how to use the site.

I'm aware were running behind on releasing the new form software but once when move over you will be able to post it by ages and search for ages. The new software has something called thead prefix. The biggest set back ain't that not ready to change over its funding the time. I've been on Hurricane Duty hauling fuel into the affected area since Harvey hit Texas.

You should consider adding a 'Regional/National" tryout section so that a team like 'Top national 18u gold team needs 2' could post in one location. Maybe our elite-gold teams that plays a national schedule and recruits from multiple states or regions would benefit from such a section too.

We definitely will have the flexibility to do a lot of things that we currently can't do on the current forum software that were using.

Is there a way to move a thread to that section once it's posted? I posted mine in general discussion as I'm new and didn't see this post yet.
