Thank you Chris for inviting us down to your friendly...the girls really enjoyed themselves, and they received alot of reps & siturations to work on at future practices. The girls also really liked that "Pump it up Softball" cheer after the game between our 2 teams!

Tony, it was nice meeting you also. Thanks for providing a tough tournament like game so early in the process, you have a solid squad and your first pitcher was very good...similar to the Gator pitcher we faced last week. Also, I saw your RF on ESPN web gems last night...lol. Tell her again for me...great catch kid!

Donny, can't forget you...thank you for stepping up and filling in at the last minute. I know it had to be tough on your pitcher to go back to the small ball after a couple of months with the 12" ball, but you stayed the course with your girls.

I know a lot of 10u coaches may be new to setting up a travel ball schedule so you may be unaware that applications for three of the most competitive 2012 tournaments are due this month. Lasers, Stingrays, and GAPSS. Hope to see all the best teams there next year!

^^^ Coach Gunter is right Stingrays, Laser Nation and GAPSS have always been very good to the 10U age group taking 12-16 teams annually. The deadline for all 3 tournaments is right around the corner at the end of November. Hope to see everyone at all 3 tournies.

Wish we could fit Laser's in our schedule, but ASA/USA Qualifier that weekend in IN. Applications for Stingray's and GAPSS are in mail!!!

Thanks for the heads up, Lee and Mad Hornet. I know the Ohio Hawks are looking forward to participating in some of the big tournaments this year... pending acceptance! Hope you all are enjoying your "off season", whatever that may be, and we look forward to meeting you next summer.
