we have watched your coaching over the years. after seeing this post, we thought you may have changed your ways so we decided to secretly watch you and your team in action, and research before offering to help out or wasting our money. boy oh boy, we are glad we did and thank god, the internet doesn't forget!

Can you answer the following questions?
are you not the same coach who is consistently looking for players?
seems like you are with a different organization every year, wonder why?
you already are running a full roster, why do you need more? For any parent who is considering allowing your child to play for this fool, here is my research

Dude seriously the kind of time you took out of your day to bash this guy is hilarious! Clearly you need to let it go and move on. You didn’t like the experience you had that’s fine it happens move on. Things to think about is do you know how many coaches coach at different organizations in there career. This is travel ball if you been in it for multiple years you should know the drill and from you posted comment on watching Helton for years I’m assuming you have. But Helton is right parents like you make it next to impossible to coach. Angry that there kid didn’t get what they wanted or you wanted so they take time to bash that coach for it. You sign a contract at the beginning of every season. It states all rules and states playing time is not equal. Every coach is always looking for that next all star pitcher to set his team above the rest. It’s not just the one you chose to raise hell about. I wouldn’t want a parent like you on my team. What most people don’t consider is these positions are mostly not paid coaching positions. He coaches these girls on his own time. Putting in time to work with them making them into better players. I have personally coached against Helton and my daughter has played for him. He moved up a few years ago my daughter stayed down. He was a tough coach at times but all good coaches are. My wife and I never felt he was a bad coach. Helton also has a daughter on his team we never once felt he played daddy ball either. His daughter had to work just as hard as everyone if not harder. Amazing 3rd baseman and base runner. Move on dude.

Thank You!!!
Your post is spot on about our coach!
Our daughter has had nothing but good things to say about him! This is a transition year for our daughter into 16U and it’s been nothing but positive!

I don’t know what has happened in past nor do I need to know! What I do know is YOUR daughter is not with our organization or on our team! Our players nor our coaches need this! Our coach having an ad out has nothing to do with you nor your daughter! We have a great group of girls and coaches and parents! This is coming from a parent who’s daughter is a pitcher!!! But since you like to be a stalker I’m sure you already know!!!

Although I would like to see some answers to your questions as well, I've always carried 15-16 players at the 16U level if not more. Many players have interests outside of high level TB and have already committed or are in the process of doing so and will miss tournaments to pursue them. Therefore, looking for other players that want to sub or become a part of the roster is not uncommon at this age group and above. Also, many coaches move from organization to organization due to circumstances beyond their control. If you have any experience in the TB world, which you have indicated that you do, then you should already know this. I'm sure that there are many past and present parents that have nothing but good things to say about this coach. As is always the case, I'm sure that there are many other parents, such as yourself, that, for whatever reason, feel the need to say negative things. Just remember, opinions are like a$$holes. Everyone has one and they usually stink...especially if you don't agree with them.
