GENERAL INFORMATION

• One Day Tournament, Round Robin Format. Winning team determined by win/loss record, runs allowed, runs scored & head-to-head competition.
• Harold D. Miller Memorial Park in Shreve, OH. Concessions, bike path, porta-johns available.
• No rain dates (another weekend) or refunds once tournament begins (schedule will be modified if rain)
• Limited spots available.
• No spots held based on promise to pay. We can only take a limited number of teams so it is only fair to reserve spots based on actual registrations received.

• [SIZE=+0][SIZE=+0][SIZE=+0]Each team provides 2 11" ASA approved optic yellow softballs.[/SIZE][/SIZE][/SIZE]
• [SIZE=+0][SIZE=+0][SIZE=+0]Games are 1 hr. 30 minutes or 6 innings whichever occurs first. No new inning can be started after 1 hour 15 minutes. Incomplete innings will revert back to previous inning's score. [/SIZE][/SIZE][/SIZE]
• [SIZE=+0][SIZE=+0][SIZE=+0]Run rule applies to all games [/SIZE][/SIZE][/SIZE]
• [SIZE=+0][SIZE=+0][SIZE=+0]Coin toss to determine home team in pool play. Better seed is home team during tournament play.[/SIZE][/SIZE][/SIZE]
• ASA Rules will be followed.
• [SIZE=+0][SIZE=+0][SIZE=+0]No rain dates, but refund if tournament is cancelled.[/SIZE][/SIZE][/SIZE]

• [SIZE=+0][SIZE=+0]4 coach maximum allowed in dugout.[/SIZE][/SIZE]
• [SIZE=+0][SIZE=+0]Teams must check in 1 hr. before game time at the main concession stand and have release and roster turned into concession stand. Teams not available at start time will forfiet.[/SIZE][/SIZE]
• Player age as of January 1st determines age division.
• Individual awards for 1st place team.
