Do you personally invite ladies on other clubs to your tryouts?

Just a curious question.
If you are in the same surrounding area as say 2-3 other clubs & you know the clubs coaches, players, parents all for the most part since from same area.

If a lady is playing for a team this current season, is it an okay thing for one of the other teams to call her & personally invite her to try outs.

This may be a kind of touchy subject. And I do not want to start a huge arguing thread.

Just curious on opinions.

IMO, be confident in what you are selling and process. Feel free to contact my girls and if the grass is greener on the other side, then I wish my player and her family the best. You never know what will happen down the road and why burn bridges along the way by causing problems or bad mouthing people. No different then moving jobs, if they can offer more than what I am offering you, then so be it and I wish them good luck.

Right or wrong , its like death and taxes . Its going to happen . If your players are being taken care of in the way the coach/org has promised they have no reason to leave . Sometimes its just best . Sometimes a player cant play at the level of the team she selected , lots of times with smaller orgs a really good player is not getting showcased / promoted enough and around 15-16 the more serious players start searching out teams that can get them a college ride . Or play a more competitive schedule .

My thoughts exactly. Completely agree. I want any young lady to do what is best for her.

I was just curious on others thoughts on this.
