All districts face coaching changes at some level in their programs. I was the HC from 2017 through 2020. We added middle school coaches that have been there 3 years and are returning next year. Coach Vaughn was my assistant at varsity and she was Coach Hoff assistant at varsity as well the past 2 years.
Coach Vaugh accepted another position at Children's Hospital that will reduce her availability at varsity.
Coach Hoff is young and getting married /starting a family of her own so even though she will stay on with the REDS in a limited capacity she will still teach at WW but not be able to run the varsity program.
I work in another district and since covid I have been doing more administration / evening work so I cannot commit much more than helping run practices and schedule games and final forms stuff.
We had 30 middle school players on the 7/8th grade teams this year so the future is looking bright.
