Probabaly if you used them right, it could be a good tool in helping teach hitting.


Positives:

Feel were your hands are at in the swing - Is that important?

My dd gets her hands ahead of rotation sometimes. I have bought them but not used them yet.
Could this slow her hands down and she would end up being on time and connected to rotation?


If you had a casting out swing - i would think this would help you feel that pulling out.

No, I pay attention when H tells me to try something. DD loves them and she also uses them to pitch in the winter in the basement. Forces you to use your fingers.
