I have a Finch Windmill hanging in my basement that is like new. My daughter used it one year and didn't want to take it to college. It is looking for a highly driven, hard working young pitcher looking to improve stregnth and endurance in her rotator cuff.

One thing to remember about the Finch Windmill is to use it on the non-pitching arm to prevent over development of the pitching side. Great preventative tool.

My DD has used it on both arms. She does 20 reps on each. It has worked great for her.
