Frustrated with ASA !

Can someone please help me , I wanted to print off an official ASA roster . Is it just me or is it impossible ? We are sanctioned , but I wasn't very smart and I mailed the roster back in and didn't make any copys of it ! Am I screwed or can I just write one myself or will that not be good enough ?

I'm not a coach, but I found a link on an Alabama ASA site that appears to be an official national form. It's in PDF format. Maybe it's what you're looking for?

Thanks for help guys , not sure why but I couldn't get to my team roster . I was able to fill in a new one and print it off , THANKS again !
