Scared about MC Hammers though. Especially, IF they pulled out before 30 days.

I have a contact at the Attorney General's Office here in Ohio, Thunder . Let me find his name and direct line and email addy. It's somewhere in my files.

Also A refund is a REFUND!, not a discounted refund towards admission next year, That's B.S.

I agree ... but that refund for the next year thing... is if it is RAINED out and you played at least a game or more.

Drop out = NO refund

Tournament cancelled = Full refund in 10 days

Tournament started and play 1 or more games = Discount for 2011 or 2012 Game Day events.

Susan Foster just emailed and said she would send the refund and asked for our address. We will see I guess.

I received an email from Susan Foster on June 14 confirming she received my email which indicated the address to mail my check to. STILL WAITING...

I received a response to my email today which I sent to Rich Janor and Susan Foster. Susan responded that she issued a check for my refund and will mail it tomorrow. Let's see if it arrives next week... If nothing else I finally got a response from them.

Yeah, but it was worth it Musty cause we walked away with some awesome 2nd place 12u hardware.................. oops, my bad. They only had 1st place hardware so they took all the pics with it and shipped us ours about a month later. :lmao::lmao:

Totally agree guys - worst tourney ever!!! But at least we got to see a guy w/ a mask & a cape on holding a sword running around the bases before we played their Atlanta team. I think this was the game I had a heated discussion w/ their head coach

OK, gotta give it to them....GameDay USA sent us our refund check and I got it yesterday in the mail.

I don't like having to fight for a refund and don't like their tournament rules as far as getting a refund. I am thankful our treasurer got something in writing (email) from them.

Had to give them their proper respects for at least sending it to us. I'll still never sign up for one of their tournaments again.....

We are back (Ohio Wave 98) from the Game Day USA Midwest National Championship with the championship hardware, went 6-1 over weekend.

They just had two age divisions 12U and 18U.

Experience from tournament:
12 teams, solid competition.
Only 1 umpire for pool play, 2 for tournament.
Communication was good regarding rain delays.
No concession stand at the park we played.

Overall rating: 7 out of 10 only because of solid competition.
