Thank you for sharing this!! It comes at exactly the right time for my daughter. I'm going to print it and have it sitting on the seat of the car when I pick her up from practice today. I'm going to make my son read it too, because there are many excellent points that relate to any team/sport. I've talked with both of them over the last week relating to many of the issues discussed in the article, and now I have back-up from an expert. Thanks again!
