Someone should set him up with Athletes in Action and their facility there in Xenia, OHIO ( 2 professional tarped fields with synthetic turf outfields) ... inside area as well...
a place that has dorms.. three to a room for the girls... with X amount of coach's room with full baths..and play a tournament on both ends of week long (Mon-Fri) Hillhouse instruction camp . Play a 10u and 12u on the one weekend before the clinic and 14u and 16u-18u mix on the other weekend. And play whatever you play on the weekend before the clinic on the backside as well putting the 16u and 18u and 14u at facility and 10u and 12u somewhere else locally ( since they got to play at the facility already) and then a coach or whatever can see what his 10u and 12u pitchers have learned in one week. Before AND after type of thing.
Make for a great event in my opinion. Teams who sent their pitcher (s) come play in the tournament featuring their talent learned at the clinic and there is no better place to play in adverse weather conditions in my opinion. Make it the second/third weekend of June and early enough to exploit those talents on opposing teams ( based on when school gets out in June whether second week camp would work).
Or during Christmas break and play two indoor events. I like this idea better actually.
