What's wrong with sending off a polite e-mail or PM to the coach to find out where you stand? If he isn't even considering you, just waiting until he fills the roster to contact everyone at the same time, it could be a long wait.

I offer at the end of try-outs if I like you. If not, I say you are not what I am looking for. I would take the ones who offered you and find which is the best fit for you and your family.
