I got mine from a friend. I used to go snowmobile up in the U.P so he started calling me Snowman.. I dropped the "W" at one time because the name was taken and it just stuck from then on.

I thought it was a name you got from your youth hanging out at Studio 54........

Len-ski

The first 3 letters of my first name and the last 3 letters of my last name. This is one of the few nicknames I had when I was a kid playing baseball.

I think Lester gave me that Musty nickname. ha
To add on to what Karma started have you wondered how some came up with their user name or what it means?
With mine there was a time when for usernames I would stick "must" in front of the web site or company name to make a user name. Like mustamazon and mustohiofastpitch.

And Sue, I am a little musty. lol

sure did... LOL.

My team closed out a win at a tourney in Chicago with a triple play when we were up by one run with the bases loaded so I traded my less original name for something softball related here within the last week or so, mixed it with my first and middle initial and there you have it.

My avatar picture is me with Ernie Parker after recieving my certification as a pitching instructor. Besides my attendance to the NFCC classes, I went to Tenn. and studied under Coach Parker and a host of college pitching instructors for a rare once in a lifetime opportunity and Coach Parker led the testing afterwards. I'm the young looking one!!!

My name came from my first girls' team. Apparently, I'd bark orders and the girls would respond with "you're da boss." Later they nicknamed me "Fuzze" because of my bald head. The one time I passed on shaving, they decided to rub my head for luck that day to discover a fuzzy stubble. Why any 14 yr. old girl would want to rub a sweaty bald head in July is beyond me. Heck, I don't want to rub it and normally wear a hat for obvious reasons. lol.

You can cover up sh-- stacked that high.

I used my daughters nickname and #, but now that I use it all the time and not her I was wondering if there is a way to change it.

I've been called Ozzy since playing baseball in high school (early 80's), since I share the same last name as a certain rock star who bit the heads off of animals and my number in high school was 11.

Mine was a name that my dd had painted on her helmit at a very young age when I coached her in rec ball. She wanted to learn to slide after watching the reds. Bought her a slippin slide and she tought her self, after seein she could do this other parents thought I was nuts when I asked if their dds wanted to learn to slide. lol
Thats why we now play travel ball and they dont. Just figured that would be a good name because its hard to let go of the days when we all realise they have a special tallent and a will to learn more.

Basically combination initials and last name and #of kids. What I find interesting are some of the avatars. Lenski's is a classic. Also BadMonkeys is one of the funniest one's I've come across;) I mean- to a little kid, that Candy Bar has got to be scary as H E Dbl Toothpicks.

Mine is not what some may think (except maybe BouldersDad). DD's 2nd travel tournament ever, about 9 years ago I was talking to an experienced travel ball father and he asked me what position my DD played. I told him a pitcher and he said laughing...."so your a f'n pitchers dad"......so the f stands for, well you know now, and pitch is short for pitcher and dad......lol
