Basically combination initials and last name and #of kids. What I find interesting are some of the avatars. Lenski's is a classic. Also BadMonkeys is one of the funniest one's I've come across I mean- to a little kid, that Candy Bar has got to be scary as H E Dbl Toothpicks.

Dude I get "clown anxiety" flashbacks everytime I see it!

Mine comes from kids going to Licking Heights "Hornets" and I am "Mad as a Hatter" when it comes to softball.

Mine is obvious yet somewhat controversial. The best part was when people asked my husband @ tourneys if he was ohlovessteelers and he would say "No, that's my wife. I don't have time for that stuff." That's how we met Statman Ray, I believe, and now our dd's are roomies and playing ball together. People ASSUME women are not football fanatics.

Mine was a name that my dd had painted on her helmit at a very young age when I coached her in rec ball. She wanted to learn to slide after watching the reds. Bought her a slippin slide and she tought her self, after seein she could do this other parents thought I was nuts when I asked if their dds wanted to learn to slide. lol
Thats why we now play travel ball and they dont. Just figured that would be a good name because its hard to let go of the days when we all realise they have a special tallent and a will to learn more.

Great story! This is exactly how I learned how to slide. Our team would have a BBQ at the coaches house, the parents would drink adult beverages and the kids would do every slide imaginable on the Slip 'N Slide.....even the pop up slide (which was a bit sketchy). We destroyed the coaches yard, but we all knew how to do every imaginable slide. I can't believe we didn't kill ourselves.
