Age Divisions: 10U-12U- 14U and up (HS)- OPEN Division HS CollegeAdult
Cost: $300.00 HS/Open (10U-12U $225)
Open Roster Format with modified ASA rules. (KHSAA)

There will be "four" divisions of play in 2014.
High School division for High School teams and teams 14U to 18U (Cap is 8teams)
The OPEN division that will have current and former college players and a mix of 16 and 18 Travel teams. (Cap is 16 teams)
10U and 12U Divisions at Waldt Park. Cap is 8 teams in each age division

All minors must have parent sign a waiver and teams need to show proof of insurance at reg.
Games 4 (weather permitting).

Teams that attended the event over the past years include College club teams,High School teams 14U,16U,18U and 18O Travel teams.

Entry fee is $300.00 and we will supply the balls. Teams must submit $100 deposit by May23rd. Balance due day of tournament.
10U and 12U fee is $225

Great weekend of ball at the Keith Carver in Maysville.

The tournament director is looking to add teams to the event next year and change locations 4 new fields 1 mile from the hotels. Great tournament all the way around.

We have had several teams ask about a 10U and 12U division. After talking to the powers that be we have decided to add these divisions 4Game Guarentee for $225
We will take the first 5 teams in both divisions.

Keith CarverMemorial Fastpitch Softball Tournament
Non-RosterEvent: This tournament is a non-championship-play event therefore teams do not need to show an official championship-play ASA roster at check-in. Teams are welcome to invite and use guest players during the tournament. College players are welcome to play in the open division.
During tournament play your line up card will be your roster so make sure to include any subs.
All minors must have parent sign waiver and teams need to show proof of insurance at registration.
Format:The formats will be as follows:
10u, 12u, tournaments will have a 4-game guarantee, 1hour 15 minute time limit, WEATHER PERMITTING in a round robin format.
Open and HS tournament will have a 5-game guarantee, 1 hour 20 minute time limit, WEATHER PERMITTING, and will consist of 4 games ofpool play followed by a single-elimination format tournament. Teams will be seeded into their brackets based on pool play finish.
Fees: 10u/12u $225
