Tryout Information:
Tryout Date: Saturday August 8th 2015
Starting at: 09:00am Ending at: 11:00am Ages:10u 11u 12u
Starting at: 11:15am Ending at: 01:45pm Ages:13u 14u 15u
***12U and 14U (non Premier) will have non-parent coaches***
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early for stretching, warm-up and registration.
14U Premier team will hold private tryouts and head coach will attend the Aug 8 tryouts as well. We have a very strong core of experienced and talented young ladies to build on from some premier organizations, don't hesitate, give us a look. If interested in the Premier team contact Head Coach Tom VanKirk or organization president Alanna Barker for a private tryout.

Program cost: $950-1050 (before any fund raising, sponsorships)
Included in cost:
Brand new indoor practice Lookouts facility
10,000 fully turf square feet located on Wedgewood Ave in Ellet
Ability to use facility when open and not booked
900$ for additional tournaments or camps per coach request
Six Tournaments based on $500 entry fee per tournament ($3,000 available for tournament entry fees)
Extra tournaments are possible if parents choose, plan on more.
Will be competitive ASA and PGF mix with an eye on ASA or PGF National TBD, ASA qualifiers, Pumpkin Smash PGF, Fire in the Sky, showcase events, apply for Stingrays, Lasernation, mix of local and over night events, etc.
14u Premier team will have optional charity team tournaments to raise money for W.W.A.S.T. ?Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team? and S.I.S. ?Stay In Softball? and clinics. Great addition to a college resume of charitable volunteering and giving back.-good team building experiences also.
Lady Lookouts are looking into hosting an outdoor tournament as well as a one day (14u) winter indoor Spano dome tourney as fund raisers and extra games for the teams. ***TBD***

Fundraising: The Lookout organizational will hold one fundraiser in October or November. (Night at the races, 50/50 raffle, times TBD) All proceeds will go to our Lady Lookouts. Alanna Overholt will disperse money to each team with focus on the most benefit for our girls. Each coach/team can do additional fundraising to be used as said team sees fit.
Extras (add ons):
? A Lookout only pricing of $50 unlimited training sessions ($10 drop in fee for those not signed up for unlimited)
o Kobata fielding classes (50$-total cost)
o Kettlebell strength and conditioning classes (50$-total cost)
Totaling 100.00$
Kobata will be led by Tatum Christy an early Division 1 signee with Youngstown State, Varsity letter winner at Manchester HS and member of highly ranked Outlaws Premier Tournament Team (second base, outfield) and reinforced in team practices and warmups by coaching staff.
14u Premier coaches will be ACE Certifed, concussion testing and back ground check approved.
SOS Kettelbells will be led by Scott Overholt of www.soskettlebell.com Kettlebell training is designed specifically for young softball athletes to provide strength, mobility and flexibility. Scott Overholt is a former State Champion at Walsh Jesuit and scholarship athlete at The Ohio State University.
