i believe this can be solved pretty easily,it may take a few reps from a tee but i believe a batting cage may allow her to get into a false rythom without focusing on the need to hit the ball in front of the plate, although we use the cage for rythom training, we are moving and the plate is stationary, she needs reps and muscle memory at the correct point of contact, have her at the tee in her hitting position, standing in front of a mirror her lead shoulder facing it, stand behind her so she can see your reflection and as Howard said stay far enough away you dont get busted on the beak, although in his case an industrial accident might actulay improve his appearance, when you are at the 12 oclock position have her go to attack mode, then finish your movement and have her hit the ball where it is supposed to be hit at. although a tee is not an accurate representation of where the plate is, that can be simply solved by drawing a plate in chalk right behind the tee and having her mark her self off from that,
