I have a club team with about 38 girls. ( 10u, 12u, 14u) We are primarily a middle school team (non sanctioned)
We played spring ball , fall ball, have winter workouts starting first week of January, and are looking forward to spring ball in 2012. We want to keep the girls together this summer instead of them going back to rec-ball. We want a little more competition then what rec-ball is giving but do not think the majority of them are ready for full blown travel ball yet. Is there any league north of Columbus that can give us the competition we are looking for? Is there any interest in starting a league? (Field space always an issue) Please let me know.
