I 2nd the recommendation on the Easton Power Brigade...daughter is in love with it, seems to be very sturdy and is still a few bucks cheaper than alot of higher end bats...
I appreciate the feedback but I'm more interested in reviews on bats - not the size. I'm fully aware of what the charts say and I've coached for a number of years so I'm not ignorant to the "standards". I also know what she is capable of. She has done great with a 32" and likes the longer bat - which is why her current bat is a drop 12. She is very successful at the plate. If she wasn't I would get her a different bat.
What I am looking for is strictly recommendations on composites so I can buy her a better quality bat.
My dd has swung a cf series since 10u, never had one break and all of them lasted until she was ready to move up. She swings a 34" 26oz now started with a 31" 21oz. We usually end up selling the old ones since they still have some life left.
You have me curious so I was doing some research and I noticed on the Easton Mako bats when it went from a -10 to -11 the barrel went from 2-3/4 to 2-1/4. So I guess what I'm saying is make sure you know how they are taking that extra weight out of the bat and is it an acceptable method.
Not trying to be a jerk, but did you also notice that the -11 Mako is a $30 Alloy bat? Just didn't want anyone to confuse the 2 when looking to purchase.

Wouldn't think you are being a jerk and on further research what I came up with was, I was apparently looking at the baseball bats not the softball. My bad, they look actually the same. The -10 is 2-1/4" in softball and I can't even find a -11 in softball. At least not on the Easton website not saying there isn't one. Again my bad and thanks for correcting me longball.
