The Lookouts Fastpitch Organization out of Tallmadge, Ohio is looking for Head and Assistant Coaches to expand our program beyond our current 14u & 16u teams. We're looking to add teams to 12,14, and 18u teams. The Lookouts Fastpitch organization is dedicated to helping female athletes and their families achieve their softball and life goals by providing extensive support through highly professional training, education, coaching and mentoring.. We are looking for experienced coaches for the head coaching roles with a strong background in player development and for Assistant coaches. We encourage any former softball players who are looking to give back to the game to apply as well.
