We are currently looking to add an elite-level catcher and a strong utility athlete open to filling multiple roles in the infield and outfield.

We are excited about becoming a regional brand and welcome these highly talented players, families and coaches into the Brownlee Lookouts Fastpitch Family.
As we enter our 7th year as a program, we’ve never felt better about what we are offering players and their families, and we are excited to offer these excellent resources across the border to our new Western PA and NY families.

The Lookouts Softball organization has extensive winter training led by professional instructors who are former D1 and Professional players and coaches. Those instructors include Micaela Minner, Mandee Luers, Tracee McCoy, Julie Jones, Karen Linder and more. We train at the best venues around such as the Kent State Fieldhouse, The Dirt (formerly Spano Dome), and Hall of Fame Fitness. We are on a mission to help all our players at every age group improve their skills to the best of their abilities. In addition, the Lookouts Fastpitch Organization provides free training on college recruitment, Financial Aid, Mental Performance and Mental Health, and team bonding / team culture training.

“I am very excited to have such a high caliber team and coaches joining our already strong organization. The addition of Steve Pfaff and his assistant coaches is a great day for the Lookouts and for the families Steve and his coaches support”, says Jason Queen, Lookouts Fastpitch Program Head. “It is very humbling and quite exciting to begin growing our organization outside of Northeast Ohio. While our goal has always been to become the premier fastpitch organization in Northeast Ohio, we think growing our brand to help and support families from Western Pennsylvania fits into our vision extremely well and we think Steve and his group are a great addition. We look forward to helping them with all the support our current teams enjoy and look forward to seeing our new team excel on and off the field”, added Queen.

The Lookouts 16U – Pfaff team is formerly the ROC Elite 05 team will play the most competitive softball available and is committed to advancing players to the collegiate level. This team is already very strong and brings with them an extremely talented group of players. This team has strong pitching, offense and defense. We are currently looking to add an elite-level catcher and a strong utility athlete open to filling multiple roles in the infield and outfield. This team will participate in the All-American Fall College Showcase, The Dane Tart Tribute and the Snowball Classic, plus an additional Showcase tournament in October. In addition, the team will play in the IUP Showcase, Aunt Rosies, Battle of the Burgh and the World Series in Columbus, with an additional National Tournament in the summer.

Players and families interested in joining Team Pfaff should contact Steve directly at:
