This is funny. People, this is a first year 10u team and Joe and Russ are volunteering their time to get it right. Mason Thunder originally picked a coach for this 10u Team that assisted another Mason Thunder Team last season. That coach did not work out, but is still a friend of the organization. We will have a 10u Team, they will get to practice inside over the winter, they will get good instruction and it will be fine. Again, 10u Girls and Volunteer Coaches. Seriously?

I don't have a DD in the Thunder organization, nor am I associated or affiliated with Mason Thunder. I have however had the privilege to get to know most of the coaches over the years. I have found them all to be stand up individuals who volunteer a great deal of their time to a game they love for the sole reason of helping young ladies better themselves and reach their goals. Most all of these individuals have gone out of their way to help my DD and any other girl regardless of the jersey they wear. One coach literally gave the shirt off his back to my DD one rainy day. I also want to say I have never seen a coach develop talent and motivate girls the way Joe does, all while making it fun. To Russ, and Joe, If I had a 10 year old DD, I would not hesitate to send them your way. To any parents looking for a team, You will find negativity most anywhere you go in 10U, unfortunately. Many parents have more to learn about this process than the players do.

Public forum, seems like your trying to have fun with your comments, well that's all I'm doing having fun. Here's a question, why do you think it's cool to try and belittle people on here and carry on an argument that seems as if it should be hashed out in private. I mean you've already stated how you feel, why continue to carry on in such a manner. Take care of it in private, this niece of yours probably won't get many takers as long as people see that you are representing her and act the way you have. Not much class in a few of your posts, suggestion tone it down and keep some of the more derogatory thoughts to yourself or in private conversations. I realize I'm probably just a peon in your eyes, with your three degrees and all but I would bet I'm not the only one who thinks your post have been a little off putting.
