[FONT=&quot]T[/FONT][FONT=&quot]his is a unique class that will utilize mental training techniques to improve confidence and performance with a focus on improving bat speed, power, and hitting mechanics. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]T[/FONT][FONT=&quot]he first 30 minutes will be devoted to mental training with 60 minutes of hitting utilizing drills, front toss, and video analysis. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]M[/FONT][FONT=&quot]ental training topics and activities include goal setting, routines, self-talk, and visualization.
