Congrats to Don and the Ohio Ice on their win over my Ohio Classics 10U in the Championship game. It was a great game and a shame that someone had to lose after a great weekend of softball. I still can't believe we played till nearly 11:30 last night. We then went and watched the Classics 11U play in the 12U Championship.

I am so proud of how well my girls played this weekend going 7-1 and beating a very good Michigan Vipers team in the semis. Their pitcher was a good as any we have seen this year. My girls had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend the tournament to everyone. Very well run tournament and they did a good job of getting all games in.

Thanks this was a great event for all of our girls-- athlete's parade, pin trading, skills competition and most importantly a large number of teams (i think 26 10u teams from over 6 states). It made our players and parents feel worthy doing well here.

Kreston & Jeff you both have great teams and your parents are class acts. Jeff neither one of us wanted to go home on sunday, tuff to lose a one hour timed game the way it turned out. Kreston to play under the lights, not finishing until after 11:30 pm, then driving home several hours worn out with a trophy,,,, this definitely was a great way to end the season for our young team. It was a pleasure to play your team in the finals. 5-3 is a very close 7 inning game! Not only do you have a good pitcher, you have a great complimentary group of girls behind her who can hit and play the field at a high level.

Good luck to all the Ohio teams this coming weekend-- Thunder Elite (Jeff & team), Lasers (Tad), Hawks (Dan), Dragons (Jerry)--- make Ohio proud!!
