mis state league OHIO division

I hope this thread means that we will have some OFc'ers watching and talking about this league. This is a very tough league every year from the smaller schools to the DII's. Laser, I think your prediction could be very close this year. Gville and Valley are going to be tough and may be the two battling for the league title. Cheer's to Heath if they come in above Lakewood this year and they might even be good enough to give Valley and Graville a run at the top. Lakewood is still going to be a good tough win for any team that can beat them, they are just not going to have pitching like they have had with their State Title teams. Watch out for Catholic also, as they have got some pretty good pitching, but I dont think they are as deep as the other teams. Gonna be an interesting year and I hope others will weigh in about the MSL Ohio division!

Mccombs - Valley

Wogamont- Granville

Gross- Heath

Also worth mentioning here would be K. Brown and Yokum at Catholic, and new Freshman Baker at Granville and not to forget Hart at Heath (beat Lakewood last season and only gave up a total of 4 runs in two games to them).

Most of these girls are underclassmen, but come in with great potential and talents. It will be great to see all these young arms go at it this season!

I may not know of all the pitchers, but these are who I see as potential to make big impacts for their teams this year!

Ok did some checking and looks like Lakewood will have a young arm going for them this season as well. Word is they will have a freshman handling most of their duties, think her name is Dakota. She has travel ball experience and it will be interesting to see how she follows in the tradition of dominance at the pitcher position for Lakewood. So add 1 more young gun to the mix of young pitchers that will be fighting for dominance in the MSL Ohio!!
Can't wait

Dirt, I have heard the same thing regarding the HOP, who else is supposed to be in the rotation? I'm not sure of any upperclassmen there, but know they also have a couple other pretty good freshman hurlers, just dont know if they are going to varsity or not?
