Welcome to Girls Softball MythBusters. Ever Monday I will post a new topic or post I’ve read and let you decide if it’s a Myth or not.
We will start with a 10 week series on this topic.
(10 REASONS why SOFTBALL is an essential part of your daughters development into adulthood.)
Myth #1
1. Softball teaches players time management skills. I see players ( and parents) juggle their schedule between practice, lessons, workouts and games. This is a huge attribute in a players growth as an adult and in their future career.
100% BUSTED
Time management is learned in every day life. You don’t need to participate in team sports to learn time management. And I’m almost 100% sure your future career won’t involve softball. So go get a job as soon as you can and earn some money and learn time management.
