Anyone hear anything, rumor or fact, where the NSA worlds, "A" and "B" will be held in 2009? Thanks

Tealtown is a facility in the Cincinnati.

MD is stirring the pot a little with that suggestion. There were some issues at NSA States @ Tealtown last year.

When I called NSA last month, they said that the decision would be made at their convention in November.

Because of all the screwups NSA officials have asked the ASA officials to handle it for them this coming year and if they could not handle it PONY has it for 2010. LMAO

I think the NSA is checking for the city with the highest median income to host their next world series.

Even though I am not involved with them anymore, they have a tendency to go to the same three areas; Columbus, OH in even numbered years and Chattanooga, TN or Rock Hill, SC in the odd years. They also will usually put something in E.Peoria, IL as the complex takes good care of them and the teams.

Please do not hold me to this or go around quoting this as gospel.

Doesn't matter to Buckeye Heat '95. As long as playing in the state tournament is a "requirement" (that is, unless you know the right people) for the nationals berth, we're sticking to our decision that after Tealtown and the lack of national NSA response to questions from Johnnies, etc. we won't be playing NSA. And we weren't even subjected to the Tealtown fiasco last summer. Hope there are others who will also be keeping the faith.

good job Heat -- I've heard lots of talk about "avoiding" the NSA. Hopefully people make it stick. They stuck the knife in, broke it off, and shrugged it off as a rare occurence. Well it was'nt . Screw me once shame on you , get me twice ???? not gonna happen MD
