Perrysburg had the biggest drop going from 410 Pts. to 70 Pts.

Lima Bath is making their debut in the top 10.

Defiance and Springfield were the only teams to recieve first place votes.

Defiance is currently the only undefeated team in the top 10.

Eastwood is starting to get more love each week from the voters.

Oak Harbor for the first time this year recieved some votes, the pressure was to much for the Rockets, they promptly lost to Margaretta 5-0.

Leagues are starting to get down to crunch time, a lot of good games this week.

Now is the time when strength of schedule really comes into play. I still believe that pound for pound Springfield's schedule is the toughest. I am sure many of you will refute that, but I would like to see some of your comments on that.

BTW, I still don't know enough about Lima Bath to vote for them. I am sure they are a good team, but I just don't know about them.

I would agree Uncle.... AW plays a tuff schedule also. Clay plays a tuff one too however the TCL schedule may detract from it a little.

I'm actually with you Bubba regarding Bath. I didn't vote for them because I just don't know enough about them or the teams they beat other then Southview.

Even Defiance as the #1 vote is tough for me. Don't get me wrong, they are awesome. However, after reviewing their schedule vs. Springfield, I have to stick with the "Blue Devils". Of course, I am somewhat of a homer, but they have performed well with a grueling test of a schedule. Any thought on this?

Tough loss for Archbold, good win for Evergreen.

I give Lima credit because I also vote for New Reigel. While I don't know much about Lima's schedule or the teams on it, I do know the teams that New Reigel plays and a good half of them are just not competitive. I'm not taking away from their wins in any way, because upsets happen every single day....but still.

I'm not taking anything away from Springfield at all, but I think up to this point CLAY has an argument for toughest schedule to date...........

State Ranked.....Gahanna Lincoln, Amherst Steele, and Springfield
Also.........Anthony Wayne, Evergreen, Defiance, and recently played a very competitive undefeated Ida and they've yet to play St. Ursula

I view them to be a very dangerous team going into Sectionals.

643dp: Ours too! :) Next week determines CCHS's future: NDA Monday, Whitmer Tuesday, and most likely, Bowling Green on the 14th in our first sectional game.

Clay has played a tough non-conference schedule. I'd put Genoa's up against anyone in D III. We split a DH at Delta. Lost at Fostoria. Beat Central. Beat SUA. Lost to Springfield in extra innings. Lost at Bishop Ready in a close game and lost to Upper Arlington. In the Columbus trip we only gave up runs in 2 out of12 innings. Granted we only had 3 total hits, but we faced 2 of the best pitchers in the state. That's my argument for Genoa. What do you say Uber? Anyone else? Just would like some opinions. Go Comets!!!

Yeah thats a tough schedule, Another D3 with a tough schedule is Evergreen who played or play, Springfield, Eastwood, Clay, Southview,NDA, Whitmer and a DH against AW. Along with tough league games against Archbold, Delta, Bryan and Wauseon. Evergreen's Natter and Herr are as good as you will find anywhere in any division.

SLL is way down this year. Unless somebody starts getting as consistent as Eastwood with the wins, it's a tough vote to cast.
