Ohio Hawks '94 team have an emerging star in the GMC. Taking everyone by suprise is a sophmore from Fairfield High School leading the conference in RBI's and tied for 2nd in HR. She is doing all this power hitting as their lead off hitter for the varsity high school team. This young lady totally changed her hitting style over beginning last fall to the Ohio Hawks way of hitting and it has paid off this spring in school ball. She is playing outfield for her high school team but has to be one of the best middle infielders I have ever seen play in travel ball. I am a little predjudice since she is from my favorite travel organization and my niece. Kudos to you Kelly B. for your hard work this past year and to the Ohio Hawks for gaining such talent.

Who are the leaders in your high school conf. right now?

Sweet - Awesome to see Heather earn that varsity spot like that!

Alli had a double, triple and single last week against Shawnee ... the Hawks 95 Gold team is going to be mashers, strong hitters all through the line-up. Can't wait for the 'real' season to start..
