OHSAA makes change to scheduling of softball games for 2013

Was looking at the minutes from May's OHSAA board meeting and it says they are changing from playing 27 games in 23 days to 27 games in 27 days. Being a HS coach this is actually pretty big news!!! Means you will no longer have to play 4 DH's to get your 27 games in. For smaller schools with fewer athletes (mainly pitching) they will now be able to get their 27 games in without killing their pitchers doing it. A positive move by OHSAA!!!
