OHSAA hasn't come up with the Division Breakdowns yet but you can see where you stand for 2012 & 2013 based on the 2009 Division Breakdowns.

Question is will the the 2011 Breakdown be much different from the 2009 Breakdown?

Schools have until May 6 to appeal their numbers. Tournament divisions for each sport will be approved by the Board of Directors at its May, June and August meetings.

Am I reading that right??? Keystone's enrollment figures for girls are 215 which puts them in Division III for softball?

You would think with over 1,000 girls, Centerville would have more than 30 girls try out for softball!!

I diddnt realize how small Fairborn and WC was compared to every one else. Cant see Fairborn ever becoming anything but a transient town. With Wright Pat and Wright State. Looks like they may see D2 in the near future.

hard to believe how competitive our school (Portsmouth Notre Dame) is with 45 girls enrolled , and only 35 boys . We need to be D-5 lol

215 puts them in DII. I had heard they were going to drop down but it didn't happen.

West Carrollton was already a D2. Did that change? If so, that is crazy to have WC in the same division as Centerville (with over 1000 girls) when WC has in between 300 and 400.

I guess i should have checked the actual enrollment #'s first...but still 404 compared to 1000 seems crazy!

I find it interesting our Southern Section schools have almost twice as many students (802k vs 433k) in 30% less schools (581 vs 827). Our schools average 1,400 students.

For everyone that complained about the site of the Ohio championships being so far away - 2 of the schools in the Hi-Lo League are 340 miles apart!
