Quick play scoring question...

Okay, first of all I must be having a pre-senior moment because I just cannot remember this.

We all know the SS to 1st is 6-3, 2nd to 1st is 4-3, etc.... My question is how do you score a 1st baseman fielding a bunt and getting the PO at 1st. I am having a serious brain lapse today.

Just 3 or 3-UA = 3 unassisted

3U is what I write when the ball is fielded by the 1st baseman and she either tags the runner or the base.

Maybe I didn't write it clearly (been known to do that).

1st baseman fields a bunt and throws to 1st base (2nd or RF covering).

Scored 3-4 if it's F3 to F4 Scored 3-9 if F3 to F9. The key is to remember it's about scoring so that the proper player gets the assist and put out, not to record where the out was made.
