it was. ?Due to the rain they were only going to finish the winners bracket which included:

Central PA Krunch Red ?vs ?Roadrunners (OH) ?(Krunch was up 1-0 in 2nd inning from Saturday)

Valley Extreme Blue vs Furies(Furies up 1-0 bottom of 2nd inning from Saturday)

Coin flip, VE blue over Furies, Krunch over Roadrunners. ?Then Krunch over VE Blue. ?Krunch was, at that point undefeated/untied thru pool play and the bracket so far. ?Furies were undefeated also, at that point, but had tied against Emeralds in pool play. ?So Krunch getting 1st wasn't so off base considering all that.

Ground crew worked very hard Sat eve/ Sunday morning and I was amazed at how good the fields looked at 9:30 am Sunday morning. Then it rained again and tore up the fields. ?Poor guys from the ground crew. ? I felt bad for them. ?So the TD had no choice but to go to a flip with nothing but rain expected all day Sunday. ? It wasn't Crush but rather Central PA Krunch that finished first in the coin flips. ?Shame, because the semis were looking as if they'd be good games and whomever made the finals would've been a good game also. ? ?We were surely looking to finish the game with VE Blue, and if we made the finals, either playing Central PA Krunch for the 1st time this year or get a rematch with the Roadrunners which are always good games to be a part of.

Felt bad for the teams that lost at the start of bracket play on Sat afternoon. ?They found out at 10 pm that their tournament was over since the TD decided on finishing the winners bracket only. ?Emeralds, Power-Kelly, Pickaway County Sting, and others. ? Surely a few of the teams in that situation would've had as much chance to make the finals as anyone else. ? But... what can you do. ?Mother Nature always wins when she wants to.
