This is our first year as an ASA Eastern National Qualifier. Get your berth in early so you have more time to raise money to get your team to Nationals.

Thisis an ASA A Qualifier and may be able to give B berth's as well

Location: River Valley Baseball for Youth Complex in Marion ( 13 Fields)

Date: October 24-25, 2009

Age Divisions: 10U-18U

Format: 4 game gurantee ( 2 pool play into double elimination)

Cost: $ 320.00 ( includes ASA Sanctioning)

Parking: $ 5.00 for the weekend

Concessions: Best Concession Stand around

Awards:1st - berth, team trophy & $100 Gift card(Softball Sales.Com)

2nd - berth, team trophy & $50 Gift Card (Softball Sales.Com)

Is there a minimum number of teams that need to enter in order for the second berth to be awarded to the second place team in each division?

I spoke with the ASA Commissioner and he said that there really was no minimal number and he would work with me on that. I think that two berths will be given even if there are only 3 or 4 teams in a division. I would like to see at least 4 teams in an age group. I hope that answers your question and we would really like to have come to our tournament. Thanks Mike

This facility also hosts the Summer Rebellion Tournament, which was hosted by the Lady Lasers Gold this past summer. 8 fields set at 200' for 12U through 18U and 2 fields set at 150' for 10U. Lots of parking space and some of the best walking taco's in Ohio (I prefer the taco salad, or a slice of pizza with nacho cheese on it, LOL). Dont wait til last minute to sign up, should be a great tournament and with now adding an ASA Birth, you cant beat it! Good Luck RVBFY!
