Was looking for an article on the contents of a good skills video for college recruiting purposes. Thought I had read one a few years ago. Thanks in advance for your help.

This guy kinda drags out and stumbles through his narrative, but the basic info is very good. He should have added use a tripod or monopod so the video doesn't shake. Remember - it's a 5 minute skills video, not a Hollywood production.
