[Softball-CH] Polka Named CCAC Player of the Year
CHICAGO (Ill.) -- Robert Morris University-Illinois catcher Chrissy Polka (SR/Park Ridge, Ill.) has been named Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Softball Player of the Year, a fitting tribute for the RMU senior fresh off her most accomplished season in maroon and gold.
Polka is one of three Eagles to receive post-season recognition, with first baseman Megan Ricketts (SR/Tinley Park, Ill.) and shortstop Rylie Jay (SO/Lemont, Ill.) being named CCAC Second Team All-Conference award winners for their performance on the field in 2018.
