OKLAHOMA CITY - Despite chilly temperatures, and with the sun shining brightly at Jack Allen Field, the Mid-America Christian University softball team resumed their Sooner Athletic Conference home slate on Tuesday afternoon. It took the MACU offense a while to heat up, but when the Evangels started going well, they put up a boat load of runs in a hurry.
MACU (6-2, 3-0 SAC) scored five runs in the last two innings of the first game against Bacone College (0-4, 0-4 SAC), and the Evangels continued the onslaught with 16 tallies in the first three innings of game two as MACU took the two games by scores of 7-1 and 16-0.
