Whatever happened to college coaches not being able to have contact until after their Junior year?

You can call the coach.. Or coach can call your travel coach.

Colleges are also allowed to have contact with players before they begin 9th grade classes. After that, they go through the travel coach - including arranging for the player to call them.

Not only that, but college coaches can talk to the players at their camp.

Isn't it funny that we can't contact them, but we are permitted to make them offers?
