BOURBONNAIS, Ill – After finishing with a near flawless Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference record, the Olivet Nazarene University softball team dominated the post-season award selections. To no one's surprise, Emily Carstens (SR/Peotone, Ill.) was named both the conference Pitcher of the Year and the Player of the Year. Joining Carstens as First Team All-Conference selections were Sara Beers (SO/Greenwood, Ind. ), Alli Davis (SO/Mount Zion, Ill. ) and Kelly Rinker (JR/St. Charles, Ill. ), while Miranda Southall (JR/Wilmington, Ill.) and Makenna Emerson (JR/Coal City, Ill.) each earned Second Team honors.
