[Softball] Softball Picked Thirteenth in 2021 KCAC Preseason Poll

WICHITA, Kan. — The 2021 Softball season is right around the corner, as the Sterling College Lady Warriors were picked to finish thirteenth in the KCAC Preseason Poll. McPherson College leads the pack in the 2021 KCAC Softball Preseason Coaches Poll, the conference office announced Wednesday. The Bulldogs picked up nine of a possible thirteen first-place votes and accumulated 161 total points.

Not far behind were the Ottawa University Braves, picking up 152 total points and three of the remaining first-place votes. Friends rounded out the top three, securing the final first-place vote and 131 total points.

Led by Taylor Stoltz in her first season as head coach, Sterling is currently set to begin the 2021 season down in Texarkana, Texas to face off against Texas A&M University - Texarkana on February 5th and 6th.
