WICHITA, Kan.— The 2020 Softball season is just around the corner, as the Sterling College Lady Warriors were picked to finish twelfth in the KCAC Preseason Poll. McPherson College was ranked first in the conference in the KCAC Softball Preseason Coaches' Poll, the conference office announced Thursday. The Bulldogs garnered ten of the thirteen first-place votes available.
Sterling finished ninth in the KCAC last season, just missing the KCAC tournament. This year, the Lady Warriors will be led by interim head coach, Jessica Bati.
