Takoma Park, MD- The Washington Adventist University Softball team will open their season today against Lincoln University. The first game will begin at 4:15 pm followed by a possible second contest (weather pending). Last season newly appointed head coach William "Hugo" Jackson led the squad to the best record in program history. The Shock finished the season 13-7 and will be eligible for post-season play this year. For more information follow the team on social media @waushocksoftball.
